Who receives my eFlyer?
We maintain a large mailing list of Realtors® (approximately 8,000) from all over Utah. We are constantly adding new names to our list to ensure that your eFlyer gets as much exposure as possible.

We are also seeking to add mailing lists in areas outside of Utah such as Las Vegas, Arizona, and California.

How often do you send my eFlyer?
When your eFlyer is completed we immediately send it out to your selected mailing list. In order to avoid overwhelming agents with repeat eFlyers, we only send out each eFlyer once. If you have already sent an eFlyer but would like to send it again, you can re-order and the eFlyer will be sent out again.

What Does re-ordering an eFlyer include?
Many Realtors® want to re-send eFlyers to announce an Open House, Agent Bonus, Changes price or commision splits. When you re-order an eFlyer (previously created for your client property) you may change the Headlines, the banner and the purchase price. We will then re-send the eFlyer to all the agents on our mailing list for only $19.95

How does it work?
Let me explain the process and life of an eFlyer.
1. Agent pays for the eFlyer and creates an account
2. Agent enters the information into the Build an eFlyer found in your control panel
3. Agent clicks submit for optimization button (this starts the optimization process to make the pictures you uploaded the correct size for the eflyer)
4. UtahEstate.Net optimizes the pictures (this is typically a three day process)
5. UtahEstate.Net sends you two emails
a. One email from Agent to Agent. This is an exact copy of the eFlyer that will be emailed out. The Agent must review the eFlyer and approve it.
b. The second email is from UtahEstate. This is the approval email and it contains a link within that when you click it the server recognizes that you have approved the eFlyer and then begins to blast the eFlyer to your desired list(s). DO NOT CLICK THE LINK UNLESS YOU HAVE REVIEW THE PROOF. WE CANNOT STOP OR CHANGE ANYTHING ON THE eFLYER ONCE THE AGENT CLICKS ON THE APPROVAL LINK. If changes need to be made to the flyer then the agent will need to log back into his/her account and make the necessary changes by clicking on the edit button next to the eFlyer that needs to be changed.

I entered all the property information in and when I previewed the eFlyer it was blank.
At the bottom of every build page is a submit button. this button has to be clicked before you move to the next step or everything that you entered was not added to the data base.

when I try and upload my pictures it says page cannot be displayed.
This can be casued by many things. The most common is that the picture is two large and the system times out. this is usally the case on slower internet connections as well. Try downloading the pictures one at a time making sure that you are placing the picture in the right spot each time.

another reason that you will get this message is if the file is the wrong type. the pictures must be JPEG or GIFF.

I dont see a template that has my logo.
In the build process the template choices are only color choices. You need to go to your user/login info section of your control pannel and select a broker logo from there. If you do not see your broker logo you need to email the broker logo to support@utahestate.net and they will get it added to the list

On the last step it says that a preview opened in another window. It didn't do that.
When it opens that separate window it the browser sees it as a pop up window. you need to turn your pop up blocker off in order to view this window.

when I clicked on the link to approve my eFlyer it came back with an error.
This is caused by two things. First is that you might have double click on the link. the server thinks that you are tring to approve it twice and send you an error. if this is the case than it is already being sent out.

the other possiblity is that you saw something in theFlyer that you wanted to change. then you logged back into you account and changed it. Once you have done this then UtahEstate needs to send you another approval email.
